Production Times
production schedule, it is important to inform your sales
representative of any in hand dates or essential time frames
when placing any order, custom or stock.
Stock orders typically ship out within 48 hours. Orders that
have expedited shipping (ie 2 day air or overnight) will ship
within 24 hours. Same day shipping on rushed orders is
available in some cases, check with a sales representative.
Standard production time on custom orders is 2-3 weeks
on most orders from the date of artwork approval.
Large or overly complicated orders may have an extended period of time, your sales representative will inform you if a longer than normal production time is necessary. Rush orders are available. Time frames and rush charges vary with the product, quantity and production schedule. Standard Rush Fees run from 10% to 50% and some products
can be produced as quickly as 3 day.
Samples
Shipping and handling is $5 or you may provide a UPS/
FEDEX account number.
Samples are intended to offer an approximation the
product you are interested in. They are in no way an
exact example or promise of the material, printing style
or finishing you will receive. Requests will be match as
closely as possible but substitutions may be made when
an item is unavailable.
The warehouse will make every effort to supply you will an appropriate replacement. If you are in need of a specific sample of your custom job. Samples will ship with 48 hours unless otherwise specified. Please make sure to inform
your sales representative of in hand dates or time frames. Stock products are not offered free of charge but may be offered at a reduced rate; please speak with a sales representative for more information.
Material swatch books are available upon request. These books offer information and swatch of each material AGAS offers. For qty's under 10 swatch books are provided at no charge, SH is $5 or you may provide a UPS/FEDEX account #. For quintiles over 10 please speak with a sales representative for any applicable charges.
Pre Production Samples
Pre production samples are available on some orders upon request and must be in conjunction with the subsequent order. Once a pre production sample is approved the rest of the order will automatically go in to production.If a pre production sample (Pre Pro) is requested; after graphics approval production will proceed with making 1 piece of your custom order. This sample is intended to show the colors, finishing and overall look of the product.
Any changes to the original artwork or finishing after the pre production sample may result in additional charges or set up fees. If a mistake was to occur in production AGAS will provide a second sample at no additional charge. Pre production samples are provided at no charge but you are responsible for all shipping and handling cost associated with the pre production sample.
Production time for a Pre Pro is approximately two weeks from initial artwork approval for the first sample
and each subsequent sample (if needed). Production time for the order once a pre pro is approved is 2-3 weeks.
Rush orders are available but a rush fee might occur, please speak with your sales representative to discuss time frames and in hand dates.
